7.) Ministry is heading deeper rather than wider (your focused on taking what you are already doing spiritually deeper, rather than adding new programming)
8.) The pastor is supportive of youth ministry (that doesn’t mean he is at every event – he just has your back)
9.) The music and prayer experiences are filled with the Holy Spirit
10.) There is a relentless pursuit of excellence by fighting any temptation to settle.
