Goal
The goal of this Edge Night is to help the middle school youth understand that faith is a personal act. When we profess what we believe, we are putting our faith in something that is real: in events that have already occurred, in promises that will be fulfilled and in a God who is personally in love with us.
Edge Night at a Glance:
This Edge Night will help introduce the semester on the Creed. The youth will see that faith requires us to act and believe. It is our response to God’s revelation. Throughout the semester, be sure to tie each session back to either the Apostle’s Creed or the Nicene Creed. This will help the youth to understand how and why we pray this prayer every week at Mass and throughout the week with other prayers like the rosary.

In Adobe Reader disable the fast view, and Display PDF in browser options.
- Close your browser.
- Open Adobe Reader.
- Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences
- In the left column select Internet
- Uncheck Allow fast web view
- Uncheck Display PDF in browser
- Click OK, and try again
- The PDFs will display in a separate window rather than in your browser window.
