This is the fourth resource in our 8-part series covers small groups.this training covers everything from why we offer small groups to how to creatively break teens into them. It will help you set the perfect environment to allow for casual, comfortable conversations and then introduce techniques that make starting the conversation effortless.We discuss the types of teens you will encounter and the best way to get them talking or silence them when they begin controlling the conversation. We discuss how to handle any discipline issues that may arise and how to follow up after the life night is over as it pertains to counseling, child protective services (cps), support and answers to unanswered questions. finally, this training provides you with an outline that will allow you to train your coreteam so they are prepared to facilitate a small group.

Whether you are a small group pro or have never lead a small group, this training can help you be ready to tackle any situation thrown at you. so sit back, pull up a pillow or blanket and cozy up to the idea of leading teens closer to christ in your next small group.

In Adobe Reader disable the fast view, and Display PDF in browser options.

  1. Close your browser.
  2. Open Adobe Reader.
  3. Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences
  4. In the left column select Internet
  5. Uncheck Allow fast web view
  6. Uncheck Display PDF in browser
  7. Click OK, and try again
  8. The PDFs will display in a separate window rather than in your browser window.
