*PDF damaged download problems - follow these steps to fix*

  1. Have the latest updates for your computer. If you're on a PC, that's under Microsoft Update.
  2. Have the latest updates for your web browser. Update: Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari
  3. Have the latest updates for Adobe Reader.

If you are still having problems, try these instructions:

In Adobe Reader disable the fast view, and Display PDF in browser options.

  1. Close your browser.
  2. Open Adobe Reader.
  3. Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences
  4. In the left column select Internet
  5. Uncheck Allow fast web view
  6. Uncheck Display PDF in browser
  7. Click OK, and try again
  8. The PDFs will display in a separate window rather than in your browser window.

    Hi,
    I am involved in the St. Mark’s Church’s youth music ministry , Quispamsis NB canada.
    I tried to open the Liturgy Planning Guide but I could not for songsuggestion.
    I put church’s password and ID but it did not work. So I have to ask someone always in convenience.
    Would you help me?

      Hi Mi Hee,

      You need to ask your youth minister for the username and password. We reset them a few months ago but I’m not sure if your youth minister would have changed it since then. They’re the only ones who have that information.
