Goal for the Life Night:

By the end of the night, teens have fun watching “independent films” they have made focused on the topic of Social Justice, win some prizes, and get to know some people they have never met.

Life Night at a Glance:

Here is your chance to cash in on the independent film craze! 3 (three) months before the LIFE Night teens will be given the forms for the film festival with the challenge to create independent 10-minute films based on the semester topic of “Social Justice.” They will be asked to turn in the films 2 weeks before the LIFE Night so that the CORE team and the Youth Minister can review them. On the night of the film festival, the area set up like a movie premier, will be the viewing room. Each film will be viewed and “judged” by the teens. After adding up the totals, prizes will be given out.
