June 2010: The Best Month Ever!

Because Twitter only allows small messages and we had such a huge wave of new parishes, I have been unable to welcome parishes the way I typically do.  So if you can take a moment and say a prayer for each of these new parishes with me I will be eternally grateful.  The more prayers our brothers and sisters in ministry have, the more God can move.

Please lift our US parishes in prayer, including:

  • St. Angela Merici in Missouri City, TX
  • St. Ambrose in Latham, NY
  • St. Anastasia in Hutchinson, MN
  • St. Michael in Exeter, NH
  • St. Rose of Lima in Houston, TX

Lift up in prayer our new international parishes:

  • St. Michaels in Capetown, South Africa
  • All Saints Parish in Greenwood, Australia
  • Kedron Catholic Community of St. Therese and St. Anthony in Queensland, Australia
  • St. Thomas More in Mt. Maunganui, New Zealand
  • St. Paul the Apostle in Kingston, Ontario Canada

God is just truly humbling us as he entrusts these incredible parishes to our care.  It is our joy to serve you, so never hesitate to call us for anything. We are here to pray and support you however we can, but before you reach out to us, reach out to God first.  Take some time before the Blessed Sacrament and allow God to take away the anxiety, question marks and over planning that starting a ministry like Life Teen can create.  Jeremiah 29:11-12 reminds us, “For I know well the plans I have in mind for you, says the LORD, plans for your welfare, not for woe! Plans to give you a future full of hope.  When you call me, when you go to pray to me, I will listen to you.”

In the next few months take equal time for prayer and planning and God will bless you abundantly.  Know you are in our prayers and we are here for you and your parish.  God bless you!
