Goal for the Life Night:
The goal for this night is to help the teens understand the dignity of all human life and their role in the global family. This night will help the teens answer the question “what can I do?” with practical ways to make a difference in the world starting in their own communities.
Life Night at a Glance:
Most teens are aware of poverty, discrimination and injustice, but feel helpless to do anything about it. This Life Night seeks to give the teens the answer to the question “what can I do?” when faced with the overwhelming task of serving the poor to build one human family. The Life Night starts with a slide show of pictures of people in different situations. The teens will make immediate judgments on these people. The teaching breaks open what it means to live charity for all human persons. The Break gives the teens an opportunity to plan a service project as a group. The night ends with a time for the teens to write a prayer for courage to defend all human life.

- Close your browser.
- Open Adobe Reader.
- Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences
- In the left column select Internet
- Uncheck Allow fast web view
- Uncheck Display PDF in browser
- Click OK, and try again
- The PDFs will display in a separate window rather than in your browser window.
