Goal of this Life Night:
The goal of the night is to introduce teens to Life Teen while building community amongst the Core Team and teens. In this Life Night, teens will begin to build relationships with their peers and the Core Team through various games, activities, and prayer.
About this Life Night:
This Life Night is a fun way to kickoff the school year or celebrate the Superbowl. This night combines great food, Core interaction, team challenges, and prayer together in a creative and amusing atmosphere. The night begins with introduc-tions followed by a food-eating contest between teens and Core. An optional chili and/or pie contest allows for teen and parent involvement and great food for all to eat. Dinner follows the food-eating contest as new and veteran Core Members are introduced to the teens. Teens will then gather at different Core Members’ cars to first get to know the Core Member and then decorate their Core Member’s car, showcasing the Core Member’s personality. At the end of the night awards will be given to the food-eating winner as well as the cooks who won the chili and/or pie-making contests. A closing prayer will be prayed over all students to end the night.
