Goal for the Life Night:



To help teens realize see the greater purpose of dating, and recognize that dating is an opportunity to honor Christ in the other person. The night encourages teens to overcome the pressures and temptations to disregard their call to chastity by offering more pure, more creative ideas through which teens can spend time together.

Life Night at a Glance:

Teenagers are getting into the dating scene. That scene is a hyper-sexual interpretation of what society says dates should entail. This leaves our teenagers with a distorted image or dating. This night is an opportunity to “blow up” the old forms of dating and come up with new, fun Christian ideas that the teenagers can try themselves. The night is fun and interactive from the beginning and ends with the teenagers making a commitment to involve Christ in their dating decisions. Dating should be fun, not leading us into the near temptation of sin. Have fun with the night and let the ideas fly.
