About our Parish / School / Organization

Welcome to Catholic Mission Trips Inc. where we help faithful Catholics fulfill their call to serve the poor. Catholic Mission Trips Inc had its beginnings 10 years ago. Inspired by Mother Theresa and John Paul II, Steve Nasche, a Youth Director for a Catholic Parish, wanted to do a mission trip to let American youth experience the culture and spirituality of Mexico, as well as assist the people by building homes, chapels and schools. He contacted person after person and made call after call looking for a place. Finally he got in touch with Sr. Norma and the relationship with the Missionaries of Jesus was born! Steve began planning mission trips every summer for the Catholic parish he was working for and continued the annual Mexico Mission Trip for his 8 years as a parish youth director.

Eventually word got out and soon Steve had other catholic parishes joining him. Thus the concept of Catholic Mission Trips began. We understand that there are lots of people out there who would love to go on a mission trip but just don’t have any connections or think its too difficult to plan. That is where Catholic Mission Trips comes in. We do the planning and handle all the logistics for you. All the parish group needs to do is sign up and raise money for your work project. We handle everything else. We make it as easy as possible for groups to have a mission trip experience.

We have experienced an overwhelming response since our humble beginnings. We have been apart of mission trips to Mexico, Costa Rica, Honduras, Haiti, Belize, South Texas, New Mexico, and New Orleans
