It is with great joy and excitement that I announce the newest adult training experience from Life Teen. Introducing, the Life Teen Winter Training Conference, coming to Indialantic, Florida February 19-21, 2012!
You may be wondering, what are the highlights? What makes this training event different? Or in other words, why should I attend? Of course, there are plenty of ways to answer that question, but here are a few of my favorite reasons.
Autumn is finally here! The leaves are beginning to change, a new chill is in the air, and college football is reigning supreme. Most importantly, your Life Teen and Edge programs are in full swing. (Whoa, did that rhyme?) Over the next two months, Life Teen will be hosting seven events in seven states. My model for youth ministry has four legs and a wet nose. Back when I was a baby Core Member, I attended my first Life Teen Conference in Mesa, AZ in June of 1999. Of all the messages of that week one has stuck with me and has been my constant model for youth ministry for 13 years and will continue to be so.
