Confessions of a YM who Doesn’t Go to Daily Mass!

I don’t go to daily Mass. I don’t visit the Eucharistic chapel in my parish building nearly enough. I don’t schedule prayer time into my daily calendar. This is exactly what Music Ministry should be about: Glorifying God and not ourselves. Unfortunately, it is human nature to want to be in the spotlight. In a way, when we lead worship at Mass, we are in the spotlight; in front of the whole Assembly, but the focus needs to be on God, not us.
