The goal of this Life Night is to help the teens understand why Christ set up a hierarchical structure within the Church. The night will also show the teens the importance of the role of the laity within the mission of the Church.
Goal of the Life Night: To explain and affirm the purpose of the priesthood within the framework of the papacy and apostolic succession. Life Night at a Glance: This LIFE Night gives teens the opportunity to learn about the hierarchy of the Church: (papacy, episcopacy, and priesthood). The teens have an opportunity to bond with their own parish priest and to advance the mission of the Church through the recognition of their place in the Church.
