Objective:
 The middle school youth will come to an understanding that we need to be spiritually poor in order to better follow Jesus. Overview: Poverty is a serious problem in our society. Homelessness, unemployment, underemployment, hunger and the lack of access to necessary medical care are problems the poor encounter. As Catholics, we recognize these issues and try to assist our less fortunate brothers and sisters in their struggle for a better life. We donate to charities, give of our time
