This Life Teen Retreat resource entitled, SHAKE YOUR BEAUTY, is based on the four cardinal virtues of the Catholic Church. The retreat is geared specifically to young women in high school. The title “Shake your beauty” is optional and can be changed to fit your teenagers. You can use the title “Virtuous Reality” instead.
This one-day retreat is meant to instruct the women on how to live their lives as women of God with the help of the divine grace that comes through living the cardinal virtues. The retreat focuses on having true beauty inside and out, by learning more about how the virtues can enhance the beauty within. This retreat offers the young women an opportunity to learn about their faith and their bond as sisters in Christ. In addition, it will serve to strengthen their commitment to living the cardinal virtues and their commitment to the Christ, His Church and to one another.
