Well, last time I checked: Charles isn’t in Charge anymore and Scott Baio and his goofy sidekick “Buddy” haven’t been in any shows worth mentioning in quite a while now! If you don’t know what I’m talking about, I guess I’m showing my age!

Anyway…we’re not talking about afternoon sitcoms. No, we’re talking about your music group. Who’s in charge? There’s a leader and there are participants, but sometimes the participants can walk right over the leader, not respecting the decisions that sometimes inevitably need to be made. It is acceptable to ask for input from the group sometimes, but ultimately the final decisions need to come from the Music Director. The people in the group should be valued and their opinion taken into consideration, but ultimately they need to respect when the final decision is made.
